North East Provincial Club Rules 2009.
1. The lofts of all members are to be situated within the following geographical area. North of latitude N 53 18 00 and east of Longitude W 1.49.00.00 the northen boundary of the club the boundary of England and Eastern boundary the boundary England
2. The headquaters shall be at the secretaries appointed address.
3. Subscriptions £110 per anum. £40 for administration costs, £20 Transport Fund and £50 to guarantee birdage. Members will not have to pay birdage costs for their first 100 birds.
4. The club shall adopt and are flying under the rules of the RPRA and the special Domestic rules of the Club.
5. The entire management of the club shall be vested in the Committee, three to form a quorum, who shall the power to add to their number, and fill up any vacancies that may occur and shall make rules, bye-laws, regulation and conditions as to management of the club, its races or anything connected with the club at any time during the year. The Committee of management to consist of a president, Vice President, Chairman, Honorary Treasurer, Auditors and other members of the Committee, of not less than six and not more than fifteen individuals to be elected annually at the AGM in each year. The names of candidates to be proposed at the AGM, other than those who offer themselves for re-election, may be submitted to the secretary no later than 28 days prior to the AGM.
6. All Race results to be in secretary’s hand by 10.30am the day after the race.
